You can't manage results, but you can manage the activity that leads to results. The activities that lead to results are your KPIs. Each week, you want to measure your level of actual activity as it relates to your stated goal. So, each week you list the KPIs to the left of the sheet and state your goal. Now track your activity each day during the week and put your actual total at the right side of the page. By keeping this sheet weekly, you can state your goal, report on your actual results, and set your new goal for the next week.
