Returns & Refunds
Our return policy provides you
with a refund or exchange when you return your purchase* within 30 calendar
days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return,
product must be new and unopened and in the same condition in which you
received it and accompanied by an original receipt. Buyer is responsible for
return shipping costs and tracking of the return shipping thereof. Tracking
& Insurance are recommended as once you attempt to return your package you
are responsible for the package and it's contents.
*Sale items are final sale and
cannot be returned.

reference below in the Restocking-Fee section.
Once we receive your item, we
will provide notification of the status of your refund after inspecting the
item. Products where the original shrink wrapping is opened cannot be
accepted nor will partial refunds be applied for opened items.
In the event you return a
package with multiple items, for example a new planner package and one or more
items are no longer in the original shrink wrapping the individual items where
the shrink wrapping is opened will reduce your potential refund. The
regular retail amount of the individual item will be the price used to deduct
from your refund. We offer discounted bundled pricing on new planners,
and annual refills etc... Once one aspect of the bundled pricing is
deemed not suitable for re-sale we will reduce your refund by that item's
individual retail cost as that package or bundle can no longer be resold as a
package or bundle.
Dated material and calendar
tabs from future months and years are eligible for a refund. If your
package being sent for refund is received anywhere in the existing month only
months that have not begun will be credited or applied to your refund. In
the event you return for example monthly calendar tabs, only future months that
have not begun will be credited. A pro-rata formula will be applied to
your refund for any months that have not begun.
Upon return and inspection your
approved return amount or credit will be issued in the same form as the
original payment. Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return
is a result of our error. For credit cards, please allow two billing cycles for
credit to appear on your statement.
All non-defective items are
subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
In the event the order qualified for Free Shipping at the time of purchase,
an additional $25.00 fee will also be deducted from your refund. Original
shipping and handling costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of
